Our Design Center

Once your purchase agreement for your new home has been completed you will have three scheduled appointments with our nationally recognized designer to choose every color, finish, and fixture that will go into your new home.

At the first meeting, you will choose your interior selections.
At the second meeting, you will select exteriors.
Then, at your final meeting, we’ll review all of your choices, make any changes or tweaks, and then officially sign off on everything.
Now orders will be placed and your new home plans go to “the field”.

It’s an exciting step in the new home-building process and we will help guide you to create a home that reflects your personal style and taste.

In preparation for your meetings – start a Pinterest board or a notebook of rooms you like, and styles that appeal to you. Bring this to your first meeting so our designer gets a good idea of how you see your home coming together.
