At Core, everything we do begins and ends with relationships. Our process begins with a personal consultation focused on building a relationship of trust and collaboration. We make every effort to get to know you, your dreams, your vision, your expectations.

2. Choose Your Location

At Core Homes we understand the importance of where your home is located, which is why we carefully select the neighborhoods in which we build.

We take into consideration surrounding areas, amenities, and lifestyle. So, whether you want to be closer to your work, or benefit from a larger home site in a tranquil setting, Core Homes is committed to providing you with the best that our area has to offer. It is the foundation of our process.

3. Choose Your Home Plan

4. Reviewing Architectural Plans and Approvals

We want to make sure that we have accurately portrayed your vision.

You will receive finalized drawings for your review and approval.

5. Finishes and Fixtures

This is one of the most exciting steps of the our process as you choose the colors and finishes which reflect your personal preferences and lifestyle!

You will meet with your personal designer to guide you through this part of the journey, located at our design center. Enjoy up to 3 design sessions with our designer as you bring your Core Home design to life!

If you are purchasing a home that is already under construction, your selection process may be limited to those items that have not yet been ordered. Your New Home Specialist will be able to provide you with items that may still be selected.
